Did you join us for GLOW 2016? We are fundraising to bring GLOW back in 2018, want to get involved? Get in touch!

THANK YOU SO MUCH for your support and pledges to the GLOW 2018 crowdfund campaign.

We may have reached the end of the GLOW 2018 Spacehive campaign but the ambitions for the light festival do not stop here. We have seen incredible support with over 200 local people pledging to the festival, as well as £10k pledges from Esmee Fairbairn, the Mayor of London and London Borough of Barking and Dagenham supporting the Crowdfund campaign over the past few months. This led to a huge sum of pledges worth £50.5k. The overwhelming level of support from local people has been unprecedented in Barking & Dagenham and we are excited that so many local people want to see GLOW take place.

The nature of the crowdfund campaign means if we don’t meet our full target we don’t get any of the money and your pledges won’t leave your account. In this case we have not met the mighty target of £115k, however we want to be sure to harness your pledges and enthusiasm, as well as build on newly established relationships with local organisations and businesses, to bring a unique opportunity to the borough in 2018.

Thank you so much for being part of the journey so far, now watch this space for the opportunity to light up Barking and Dagenham in 2018!
